PRACTICAL   LIFE   SKILLS   DEVELOPMENT

All Fishers that have completed either 2 or 3 levels of our SCHOOL of HARVEST are granted access to local Practical Life Skills Development opportunities. These Training or Development Programmes are usually provided by HNA Accredited Associates (organisations, ministries or NGO’s approved by HNA). We rely upon our HNA Relational Network of individuals, ministries and organisations to assist us with Practical Skills Development Training. 

HNA PRACTICAL LIFE SKILLS DEVELOPMENT Programmes  

• Vocational Training 
• Job Creation Skills 
• Basic Life Skills Development  (Computer Literacy, Financial and Banking Skills, Contractual knowledge, etc) 
• Basic Survival, Farming & Food Production Skills 
• Mindset Training (Rights and Responsibilities, Recognizing and replacing Orphan/ Victim/ Entitlement/ Poverty mindset and spirit).                    No change in mindset, no change in behaviour. 
• How to start your own business 
• Early Childhood Development Training

The prime focus / mandate of HARVEST NET153 AFRICA remains to train, equip and empower Fishers of men (Harvesters) for the ingathering, discipling and maturing of the great Harvest of souls. 
Our Discipleship (Harvester) Training Programmes serve as foundational bases for above-mentioned Practical Life Skills Development  Opportunities for Fishers.
